WHAT IS "MINDSET?"

Mindset refers to our attitude towards situations, others, ourselves, and overall life. These attitudes are shaped by our values, culture, and upbringing.

Various studies have found that one's thoughts are malleable, meaning that we have a lot more control over our thoughts than we think we do. This means that we can control both positive and negative thoughts.

However, we are all human, and this is much easier said than done.

Changing your mindset involves unlearning patterns of thinking and behaviour that have served you for many years, such as avoidance and people pleasing.

To better understand the concept of "mindset," it is broken down into two different concepts: Fixed and Growth Mindset.

It is my goal to help you uncover the barriers to developing a healthier mindset.
